By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings defined below:

• “Subscription” refers to the purchased access to our Service for a specified period.
• “Account” means a registered user profile on our platform.
• “Course” refers to any of the structured training programs available through our Service.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you will need to register for an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

3.1 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3.2 Account Eligibility

Our Service is intended solely for use by healthcare professionals, medical students, and those in medical training. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Subscription and Payment

Our Service operates on a one-time payment model that provides access for a specified duration to our various courses.

4.1 Fees and Payment

We offer different courses at various price points. Each individual course is priced at £75, which provides 1 month of access to that specific course content. We also offer a 3-course bundle for £175, saving you £50 compared to purchasing courses individually. All fees are non-recurring and payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment via credit/debit cards and PayPal.

4.2 Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital content and immediate access to course materials, we do not offer refunds once you have purchased and accessed the Service. Please ensure you review the course details and your requirements carefully before making a purchase. If you have any questions about our courses before purchasing, please contact our support team at support@consultmentor.co.uk.

4.3 Access Duration

Your access to the Service will continue for 1 month (30 days) from the date of purchase. After this period, your access will automatically expire, and you will need to make a new purchase if you wish to continue using the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple users to access the Service through a single account
• Attempt to copy, duplicate, modify, or reverse engineer any part of our Service
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ConsultMentor Ltd and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• Generate your certificates of completion

You retain all ownership rights to any content you create or submit. We will only use your submitted information for the purposes outlined above and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your personal consultation practice data with third parties for marketing purposes.

9. Termination
